I'm just having a "craptastic" week as my friend so lovely refers to it! I've had such a stressful week at work and all my healthy eating habits have just gone out the window. It's funny how when I feel good, I want to eat healthy, but when I don't feel so good, I just want to eat crap! I just feel like complaining right now.

Complain all you want honey. There is a reason that the crap is called "comfort food". Even though it might not be very good for us, a bowl of ice cream used as a pick me up sometimes is just what we need.
